This page explains how this website is run, along with important information about adult content, fictional depictions, affiliate links, copyright, privacy, and related matters.
About This Website
This is the official website of adult doujin creator Tetera Pobre.
Here you'll find information about my downloadable adult works, adult CG and image galleries, production notes, and articles exploring the themes and fetishes featured in my works.
My works mainly focus on adult fictional themes such as pleasure torment, forced orgasms, non-consensual scenarios, bondage, and similar situations.
In work introductions and blog articles, I sometimes discuss the themes, scenarios, and fetish elements featured in my works and what makes them appealing as adult fiction. These discussions are about fictional creative expression and are not intended to encourage similar behavior in real life.
Adult Content
This website contains adult content and sexually explicit material.
If you are under the age of 18, do not wish to view adult content, or feel that the themes featured on this site may be uncomfortable or offensive to you, please do not continue browsing.
Because this is an adult-oriented website, it includes themes and expressions that would not normally appear on general-audience websites. Please view the content at your own discretion and responsibility.
Fictional and Non-Consensual Depictions
All works, articles, and images featured on this website are fictional and created as adult entertainment.
Some works may include fictional depictions of forced orgasms, pleasure torment, bondage, domination, non-consensual scenarios, and similar themes.
These are fictional scenarios only. They are not intended to approve of, encourage, or justify real-world sexual violence, coercion, abuse, harassment, human rights violations, or any other form of harmful behavior.
This website treats fiction and reality as separate and focuses on fetish themes and scenario structures as forms of adult fictional expression.
Age of Characters
All characters appearing in adult works featured on this website are intended to be adults aged 18 or older.
This website has no intention of sexually depicting real minors, children, or real individuals who may be perceived as minors.
It is also not intended to create, publish, or promote sexual content involving minors.
Censorship of Genital Depictions
Adult images, work samples, gallery images, and other visual content published on this website are censored where necessary, including genital areas and points of sexual contact, in consideration of Japanese laws and the review and sales standards of the relevant distribution platforms.
This website is not intended to publish or distribute uncensored genital depictions.
Full works, sample images, promotional images, and other materials submitted to distribution platforms are also censored in accordance with the standards of each platform.
Censorship standards for adult content may vary depending on applicable laws, distribution platforms, publishing media, and the timing of review.
For this reason, even images that have been censored and published on this website are not guaranteed to be acceptable for publication or legally compliant in every medium, jurisdiction, or environment.
When determining the required level of censorship and whether a work may be sold, the review decisions and current standards of each distribution platform take priority.
This website will continue to present and promote adult creative works in an appropriate manner while taking into account platform standards and appropriate age-based content zoning.
